Teaboy (Cleaner) Property For Sale in Dubai
We are seeking an experienced Teaboy to ensure our office facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. The role combines hands-on cleaning duties with basic maintenance and facility support, contributing to a productive and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain restrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, and common areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Monitor and restock cleaning and hygiene supplies.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing small repairs, and reporting larger issues to management.
- Ensure waste is collected, segregated, and disposed of properly.
- Follow safety, health, and hygiene protocols in all janitorial duties.
- Assist with office setup, furniture moving, and basic facility support when required.
- Respond promptly to staff requests related to cleaning or facility needs.
- Maintain accurate cleaning checklists and logs.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance work, preferably in offices or commercial buildings.
Skills:
- ability and manpower of cleaning standards.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
- Basic handyman skills for minor repairs and maintenance.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
Languages: Fluency in English required. Arabic or Persian is a strong advantage.
