Required title: Cashier.
Responsibilities required
- Greeting customers, answering phones, and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate party.
- Answer routine billing questions/issues from customers.
- Assist in opening and closing the store.
Determine item prices using memory or a scanner. - Enter transactions into the checkout and provide customers with the total invoice.
- Sorting and counting coins and coins.
- Issuing receipts and change to customers.
- Count the money at the end and beginning of each shift.
- Processing credit card and check payments.
- Perform customer service representative duties as needed.
- Assist with stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and setting prices.
- Opening and closing boxes.
Required skills and experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of exchange.
- Previous experience in luxury retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proven background in good customer experience.
