Cleaner, Nanny cum Bus Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, caring, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner, Nanny cum Bus Attendant. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean and hygienic environment, provide basic child care support, and assist with the safe pick-up and drop-off of children on the school bus.

Key Responsibilities:1. Cleaning Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all classrooms, toilets, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces daily.
• Clean toilets, sinks, and restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, tissues).
• Dispose of garbage safely and ensure waste bins are emptied and cleaned regularly.
• Clean toys, learning materials, and equipment as directed.
• Support with deep cleaning tasks during weekends, holidays, or as scheduled.

2. Nanny Duties:

• Assist teachers in supervising children during activities, meal times, and nap times.
• Help with diaper changing and toilet training as required.
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times.
• Support in comforting or attending to children who are unwell or upset.
• Maintain confidentiality and report any concerns to the teacher or management.

3. Bus Attendant Duties:

• Ensure the safety and security of children during boarding, travel, and drop-off.
• Take daily attendance of children on the bus and ensure handover to authorized guardians.
• Assist children in getting on and off the bus safely.
• Maintain discipline and ensure children remain seated and safe during the ride.
• Report any delays, accidents, or issues immediately to the Transport In-Charge or management.
• Ensure the bus is kept clean and tidy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to handle young children with patience and care.
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning tasks and lifting children if required.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.

Working Hours:

• Split shifts to accommodate morning and afternoon bus duties.
• Flexibility required for occasional extended hours or events.

Additional Requirements:

• Police clearance and child safety background checks.
• Basic spoken English or Arabic is a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country.

Salary: 1000AED to 1200AED Monthly
