Key Responsibilities:
Office Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office areas, including pantry, meeting rooms, workstations, and restrooms.
- Handle filing, photocopying, and document delivery within the office.
- Serve refreshments (water, tea, coffee) to staff and visitors as required.
- Replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items when stock is low.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and arranging chairs, refreshments, etc.
- Support the admin team in day-to-day operations and errands.
- Handle document collection or delivery to nearby offices or partners if needed.
Barista Duties:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot/cold beverages using coffee machines or manual brewing methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and pantry area.
- Ensure availability of coffee, milk, cups, stirrers and other supplies.
- Provide beverage service to staff and guests during meetings or events.
- Assist with basic pantry tasks such as heating food, setting up for meetings, or serving refreshments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning and barista work preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and use of cleaning products
- Familiarity with coffee machines and basic beverage preparation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
