Required title: Cashier.

Responsibilities required

  • Greeting customers, answering phones, and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate party.
  • Answer routine billing questions/issues from customers.
  • Assist in opening and closing the store.
    Determine item prices using memory or a scanner.
  • Enter transactions into the checkout and provide customers with the total invoice.
  • Sorting and counting coins and coins.
  • Issuing receipts and change to customers.
  • Count the money at the end and beginning of each shift.
  • Processing credit card and check payments.
  • Perform customer service representative duties as needed.
  • Assist with stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and setting prices.
  • Opening and closing boxes.

Required skills and experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of exchange.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proven background in good customer experience.
