Core responsibilities
- Daily care: Feeding infants according to parental instructions, changing diapers, and ensuring good hygiene.
- Safety and health: Monitoring for any signs of developmental issues and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Emotional and social development: Providing a nurturing atmosphere by rocking, playing, and talking to the baby, and attending to their social and emotional needs.
- Scheduling and routines: Establishing and adhering to a daily schedule for feeding, napping, and activity time.
- Parent communication: Providing parents with daily reports on the infant’s intake, elimination, and other activities, and contacting them as needed.
Skills and qualifications
- Nurturing personality: Patience, compassion, and a caring attitude are crucial for nurturing and monitoring infants.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift and carry infants, as well as stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Emergency preparedness: Certification in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid is often required or preferred.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both infants and parents.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a professional attitude and respecting family privacy is essential
Potential additional duties
- Activity planning: Introducing infants to age-appropriate toys and activities to stimulate their development.
- Household tasks: Depending on the arrangement, a caregiver might also handle the infant’s laundry and tidy the children’s play areas.
- Documentation: Keeping records of the infant’s progress, interests, and any issues that may arise.

New Born Baby Care Nurse

Required New Born Baby Care Nurse to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for all Nationalities are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide round-the-clock care for a newborn infant, ensuring safety, comfort, and proper hygiene.
- Assist with feeding, burping, bathing, and diaper changes.
- Monitor baby’s sleeping patterns, health, and development milestones.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for the child.
- Follow parents’ instructions regarding feeding schedules, routines, and medical needs.
- Keep records of the baby’s daily activities, sleep, and feeding for parents’ review.
- Assist with laundry and sterilization of baby bottles, clothes, and related items.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as, maternity nurse, or infant caregiver, preferably with newborns.
- NICU Premature baby care experience
- Basic knowledge of newborn health, safety, and nutrition.
- Calm, caring, and patient personality with strong communication skills.
- Flexible and reliable, with a high level of commitment to infant care.
- 2/3 years diploma in nursing from home country
- CNA certification
