Position: Cleaner
Department: Property Maintenance – NASCO

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaner to join our Property Maintenance Department. The role may involve assisting in residential window cleaning or working as a helper for elevator installations, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties at residential and commercial properties.
• Assist technicians and installers during elevator installations.
• Ensure tools and materials are properly handled and stored.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Support the team with additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and willing to work at heights when required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality work.
