HauteSpot (High Sky Business Centre) is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Helper & Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of HauteSpot, ensuring that our co-working space, meeting rooms, and common areas are always welcoming and presentable. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be proactive, and contribute to maintaining a professional and inviting environment for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning & Upkeep

  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain all workspaces, meeting rooms, lounge areas, and restrooms.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all floors, carpets, and furniture as per the cleaning schedule.
  • Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste responsibly.

2. Restroom & Kitchen Maintenance

  • Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies (soap, tissue, hand towels, etc.) and kept in a clean, sanitary condition.
  • Keep the kitchen area clean, including wiping down counters, appliances, and washing dishes when needed.

3. Meeting Rooms & Common Areas

  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean and well-arranged before and after bookings.
  • Regularly check and sanitize high-touch surfaces like tables, door handles, and shared equipment.
  • Arrange furniture as per standard layout and report any damages or maintenance needs.

4. Stock Management & Reporting

  • Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the Facility Manager when restocking is required.
  • Report any repairs, damages, or safety concerns immediately.

5. Additional Tasks

  • Assist in setting up for events and ensuring post-event cleanliness.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic workspace.
  • Perform any other cleaning-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeping Staff, or similar role (preferred).
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
  • Good time management and ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
  • Friendly and professional attitude when interacting with members and guests.
