Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000

About Us:
Helpsters Cleaning Services LLC provides professional residential and corporate cleaning solutions across Dubai. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to handle client inquiries, manage bookings, and coordinate cleaning staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from clients.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings.
• Coordinate cleaners’ schedules and track staff availability.
• Maintain communication between clients, office, and cleaning teams.
• Keep basic operational records and assist with light administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of Dubai routes/areas for scheduling staff.
• Familiar with WhatsApp, email, and MS Excel.
• Responsible, organized, and reliable.

Preferred Qualities:

• Customer-focused and positive attitude.
• Quick learner, able to multitask under pressure.
• Team player with strong follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
