Roles & responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping (cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas)
- Wash, dry, iron, and organize clothing and linens
- Maintain cleanliness of household appliances and furniture
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils; maintain clean pantry environment
- Change bed linens and organize wardrobes
- Assist in simple food preparation (if required)
- Dispose of household waste in a hygienic manner
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the day
- Assist during family gatherings and household functions (if required)
- Report household needs (cleaning materials, repairs, restock items)
- Perform other related duties as required
Desired candidate profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, showcasing a basic level of education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating reliability and expertise.
- Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus, enhancing professional credentials.
- Experience working in private households or luxury accommodations, indicating familiarity with high standards.
- Preferably a candidate from the local region to ensure cultural compatibility and understanding.
- Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage for diverse households.
- Strong cleaning skills, including knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques.
- Excellent time management skills, allowing for efficient task completion and organization.
- Polite, respectful, and discreet personal qualities, ensuring a positive household environment.
- Physical stamina and capability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and moving items.
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
