- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms
- Manage office supplies and pantry stock
- Run errands such as banking, courier, and other administrative tasks
- Dispose of trash and ensure hygiene standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High school or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and multitask
- Honest, punctual, and reliable
Pay: AED1,200.00 per month
