- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens and make beds properly
- Replace used towels and toiletries
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
- Replenish room supplies (soap, shampoo, tea/coffee, etc.)
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Report maintenance issues or damages (e.g., broken furniture, leaks)
- Ensure all equipment and cleaning materials are used safely
- Respect guest privacy and follow “Do Not Disturb” signs
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, hallways, and service areas
- Check rooms for lost and found items and report them
