Housekeeping Room Attendant

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
  • Change bed linens and make beds properly
  • Replace used towels and toiletries
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
  • Replenish room supplies (soap, shampoo, tea/coffee, etc.)
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
  • Report maintenance issues or damages (e.g., broken furniture, leaks)
  • Ensure all equipment and cleaning materials are used safely
  • Respect guest privacy and follow “Do Not Disturb” signs
  • Maintain cleanliness of corridors, hallways, and service areas
  • Check rooms for lost and found items and report them
