Live-in Nanny for Newborn
We are seeking a caring, trustworthy, and experienced nanny to look after our newborn baby (1 week old) in Dubai Hills. The nanny will live with the family and focus on newborn care, providing round-the-clock support and ensuring the baby’s comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care to the newborn at all times.
- Support with feeding routines (breastfeeding assistance, formula preparation, sterilizing bottles).
- Handle baby’s hygiene (bathing, diaper changing, cleaning baby clothes and linens).
- Assist in establishing healthy sleep patterns.
- Keep the baby’s environment clean, safe, and organized.
- Monitor baby’s health and development, and report any concerns.
- Offer light support to the mother during recovery.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of prior experience caring for newborns.
- Knowledge of infant care, sleep routines, feeding, and hygiene.
- Calm, patient, and compassionate personality.
- Ability to handle emergencies responsibly.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Tagalog/Arabic is a plus).
- References from previous employers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Infant CPR/First Aid certification.
- Background in childcare, nursing, or maternity support.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (based on experience).
- Live-in position with food and accommodation provided.
- 1 day off per week.
- 3-month probation period.
- Visa sponsorship and medical insurance (if required).
